      The sound is great (they are very loud), but they are a little bumpy, like very tactile. If it's your thing, go for it! Personally, if you like heavy and tactile clicky switches, I'd go with BOX Navy. Similar weight, similar click, but the tactile event is a little bit "cleaner"... But it is very a personal preference!

    • @Liam_is_watching
      @Liam_is_watching 2 года назад +1

      The difference you don't see, and don't feel is the sharp tactile bump generated by the click bar which is what makes the kailh box switches so awesome, not just the sound. This video doesn't address that at all and if you had a box jade and a cherry blue switch side by side you would see there's a huge difference.

    • @voidmayo
      @voidmayo Год назад

      Another thing inherent to the clickbar design is that it also clicks on the way back up, which may be a good or bad thing depending on preference. Also, the "BOX" design is supposedly more water and dust resistant, but I haven't looked into this or tested it myself.

      When you say 'Most place will sell it" you mean amazon and other online site right? Cherry MX Blue are loud, but these are way less loud than many other clicky switches. if you feel these are too loud, maybe consider tactile switches?? There is really good tactile switches on amazon. i would recommend any Durock tactile switches. Really smooth, great tactile feedback, and really much quieter than cherry mx blue. The only clicky switch that I think of that are quieter than Blues are the Cherry MX White ( milk). These are a kind of in-between Clicky and tactile switches. But the are not very tactile. Thanks for asking! I’d say that my favorite are the Box white and the speed bronze! Very light, with low tactility and a very clean click! But it strictly a personal preference because I don’t like heavy switches and those with to much tactility… For the same reason I really don’t like the Sherbet, way to much tactility with a weird bump… The speed gold where the must ratleling click jacket switches, don’t like them. If I had to choose my fav click jacket switch, I’d choose the Gateron blue!

      Thanks! :) That very much up to your personnal preference! The weight is similar between those two, but BOX Pink are more tactile and loud! I personnaly prefer the Bronze because I dont like switches with too much tactility, but I have to say I love the pink too and they are not as tactile as BOX Jade and Navy!
