Thanks for your two videos on this. I had the same issue i.e. no electricity in the garage, and built the same system as you following your videos except I used a cake pan for the fitting, covering the inner surface with adhesive foil and sticking the LED strips on the inner sides saving cutting them, and then mounted it as a lamp shade. Thank you :)
