Hi, I bought this Feit dimer switch. I got the power source came from the outlet on the bottom of the wall. My issue is that when I turn the Feit switch and dimmed the LED light -- The power source from the outlet reduces power also. Is it the FEIT is not compatible or I have done something wrong? Thank you in advance.
Although I do not know your exact application, I can tell you that the dimmer should not effect your receptacle at all. I wonder if you have the power parallel off of the receptacle or did you bring it off and it is somehow series feeding to the receptacle on the output of the dimmer?
