I give this story points because normally it's keichi sato getting fired and noa being the ceo of a company. Here they do a 180 and make noa get fired and keichi being the ceo. I love to see role reversals
Glad to see Keiichi helps Noa by hiring her not just because he's indebt to her, but also she's a competent employee who used to be a chief in the old company. With her capabilities, Keiichi's company grew better and eventually surpasses the former company.
The former CEO Uzai is making unreasonable policies which leads to make many employees quit and blaming Noa for making the new employees quitwhen he's actually at fault to begin with. And the HR Head is proven a masochist that wants to be scolded by Uzai and follows his unreasonable orders. It's hilarious that Uzai blames Keiichi for "stealing" his employees when those employees quit on their own because of that toxic working environment and abusive CEO. Keiichi is prepared to call the labor standards to investigate Uzai's company and for sure they'll ended up bankrupt and get a lot of debts. Now Uzai being chased by debt collectors and HR Head being penniless. Serves those two right!

Well, the former CEO's entire company was basically completely destroyed by the end, and now he's also left with huge debts that he probably will never be able to pay off! With him having to run from debt collectors, thus, justice is served.
Ok here's the template for any future stories that involve first loves:
1. Sato likes girl A but girl A rejects him. OR Sato is being trashed by Girl A
2. Sato goes out with girl B, who is nicer
3. Sato quits being under girl A, and girl A tries to bring him back to her side
