Ipapatawag ng National Bureau of Investigation ang Information Technology Editor ng Manila Bulletin na si Art Samaniego.
Kaugnay ito ng alegasyon na siya ang nag-utos sa naarestong hacker para pasukin ang computer systems ng government websites at ilang pribadong kumpanya.
