In terms of crazy chip flavors, nothing will ever top the Cappuccino-flavored Lay's. I remember both me and my step-father (who, mind you, loves these weird chip flavors) agreed that it was absolutely horrific
In Canada they know what's up and ketchup chips have always been a popular flavor. I just bought three bags of the tangy ketchup flavor to hopefully encourage the US to more widely distribute the flavor!!!😊
They are amazing btw perfect mix of sweet and tangy
In regard to keeping condiments, Walmart has a Great Value Chicken Dipping Sauce. It tastes just like Chick-Fil-A sauce. I was surprised how good it was. Condiments are just a great econimical way to make mundane food more interesting.

We've had ketchup Doritos here in Canada for years now. Never tried mustard though there are honey mustard Pringles (they're ok).
You'd think flavors like these would have been a common thing by now.

Well Brad there's a reason the mustard doritos are delicious.
They're not just mustard flavored but spicy mustard flavored.
It's funny hearing brad and the comments talk about ketchup chips like theyre a rarity because here in canada theyre always available lol
Same with All Dressed potato chips (or Dressed All Over if you're a Trailer Park Boys fan).
However, mustard chips are weird. I have to try dipping my fries in mustard before I try the Mustard Doritos.

Ketchup doritos been existing in canada for years. We got something first for once. It's everywhere, not limited edition.

I'm not personally into them, but ketchup chips are really common here in Canada, and I'm surprised they're not a flavour that took off in the US when ketchup is so ubiquitous to the country.
The Ketchup flavor is described as a sweet version of salt and vinegar with that tomato flavor. Im also surprised we dont have that here. I miss the ketchup and the Dressed flavors in Canada.

They drag out ketchup doritos at least once a year in Canada. Honestly for the limited time ones I'm more about Late Night fully loaded ones.
Mustard sounds good to me, especially spicy. Although seeing that Mulan popcorn tub does make me want Mulan McNugget sauce!
The thing is that I don't put mustard on my fries, so I don't like mustard chips (chips and fries are essentially the same thing). I DO put ketchup on my fries, so ketchup chips work.

In the UK there are little round tomato-flavour puffs called Tangy Toms and I always imagine ketchup chips taste like those.
Tangy Toms are great but they don't taste like Ketchup. Golden Wonder Ketchup crisps were the best, Walkers or "Lays" are very weak by comparison.

I'm one of those weirdos who likes putting chips in my sandwiches or on my burgers instead of just having them on the side. Especially Doritos. I imagine these would handle that task quite well.

Hello from Canada. We sell ketchup chips everywhere here.
In Canada, ketchup is a standard chip flavour. We even have ketchup Doritos in most stores. It's not my favourite, but it is funny hearing about it as a novelty.

The idea of ketchup chips being a rare thing is wild. They're so readily available in the UK that I haven't had them in years just because I feel like "Oh I can always get one if I ever really crave it." I'd be interested to see how different, if at all, US based ketchup flavourings are.

I tried a brand recently, chips that had Funion flavor… after a few bites I realized it was basically sour cream and onion flavor 🤣
Mustard sounds good. Ketchup, not so much.
My folks and I managed to indulge in these Doritos for a while. We especially loved the ketchup ones.
Though, I don't know if the ones we got were a different kind, because the ketchup Doritos we had had a bit of a nice spicy kick to them, not sweet like Brad said.
I picked them up at Walmart.
We generally hated both.
I wish they would bring back the mole flavored ones.

I love ketchup chips but in the past 20 years, they have been hit or miss. The flavor varies much more than before and the amount of flavor on a chip varies from barely noticeable to deep deep red, hit you on the side of the head with a two by four of flavor. Specifically, the Lays ones are overflavored and the Pringles ones taste weird and overflavored.
I've never been a fan of ketchup but I know ketchup chips are popular and sold on some states. But that spicy mustard sounds interesting.
Please don't give us mayo!

MAYOMUST is something i had no idea was even a thing, thanks BRAD, btw, most of the time, i buy mayo with a hint of mustard in it, but it is still just mayo, sadly i noticed the brand was Heinz, and i really dislike their mayo, it is too much liquid and never creamy.
also, TAPATIO DORITOS ? that is a first, and now i must find it.
and as u said Brad, ketchup flavor is big around here, with every chips brand having a ketchup flavor, and some of them are good, i prefer it with it is a bit of a spicy, tangy flavor, opposite to the sweet one, since i prefer my ketchup spicy.

I tried Chili Cheese Fritos flavored Kettle Cooked Lays. And it kinda failed on Chili and on Cheese. Tasted like "dirty mesquite".
