I eat an omnivore diet of whole foods snd no processed or refined foods and don't take any medications. I trust my body to use the foods I consume to do what it needs to do for my health.
Plant fat and oils, fake fat and oils. Not the most optimum or bioavailable to us.

From listening to Dr. Paul Mason, I'd guess he would be totally on board with no plant fats.

Aside from alcohol and cigarettes, whatever the government tells you is healthy, do the exact opposite! At least that what we do here in the states

Don't eat the poor 4 FOODS - GLUTEN, FRIED , FAKE AND OIL
So if you're not on statins and are eating animal food as main source of nutrition, the occasional TBs of olive oil is fine as the mechanism will deny entry to phytosterols into the cell. You will only absorb the plant sterols if the body has no choice. A bit liek how your body will use omega 6 when omega 3 is lacking for the brain and inferior halogens when we are low in iodine.
I just stick to steak and eggs honestly. Just ignore the noise quite frankly. It’s how you get through life unphased.
Unless you have had a heart attack statins are not proving to do you much good. Thats what I am picking up from various u tube .
That's what I figured out too, although it took me a while to get there because of all the noise around cholesterol. Mine is high, and I used to hope it would eventually work out and come down to "normal" levels. It's only in recent months that I have come to realize that as long as total, LDL and HDL are high and triglycerides are low, along with low insulin and HbA1C, I'm actually on the right track.

Wh as t kind of oil can we use?
Can cook with tallow or ghee.
Plus butter or coconut oil and bacon grease anything that Is solid at room temperature
