I don't know what it is about bakeries and other establishments that sell pies, the warmers are never hot enough. If I buy a pie, I want it HOT. Yet, the best you can hope for is luke warm. That said, I don't know if it's the same everywhere, but the Pie Face at the United Servo here in Orange, the pies are out of this world. You have to actually wait for them to cook them. They have these turbo ovens that cook them to piping hot in around 5 minutes. Well worth the wait! I have no affiliation with the establishment, I just know the pies are sensational. The sausage rolls are pretty good too.

Thats a chinese bakery mate the cream would be fake made of gelitin and castor not even fresh cream. You can still get good cream buns but gotta shop around.
