This is the Total Gym I purchased, and it's March 2020, I'm just now picking it up, I used to run and I do a trampoline, but I said to myself, I need more variety, so I just set it up, I mix placed the booklet, I moved to a new house, so I been looking for videos trying to use the flexibility ball... thank you I'm a 56 yr. a woman trying to get in shape.
Hi I've been following you with the total gym and I really enjoy your exercises like the strength and stuff like that but the problem I'm having is when you go on your knees knees I can't seem to balance myself so I want to know if you have any tips on how to do that correctly like with the add twist I can't go on my knees because I don't have that strength I could do it if I'm farther down the board but not bird but not doing the app twist and I was just wondering if maybe you had some tips that I can do too Get that stronger
