I recently started playing this on the switch and it’s my first AC game ever. I really like how you use the buildings to follow the targets rather than just following them on the ground . I kept messing up at first because I couldn’t follow them on the ground without being detected lol.

I keep messing up now too, wtf I thought Dark souls is supposed to be difficult and not this 😡
I started with Ezio Collection and, I want to but Rebel.
This is my first AC game, ever. Because I have a thing for pirates and I can basically only play on the Switch (my kids hog the Xbox 360). I had no idea what to do at the beginning. I started watching a commentary walk-through via pc, and it kind of helped, as in now I know what the flying bird logo means on the map and how to jump from the top of a pole to the ledge adjacent to it...but I'll say one thing, this dude is waaaay more agile than Geralt (TW3, also played on the switch).

Hey i love how you play bro i watched your videos and at first in the game i didn't know what to do but good game i finally got to nassa and got a pirate ship i just need to do the hiring crew mission the game looks kinda hard to be honest apparently this game drains my Nintendo switch battery because theres no way to reduce the graphics quality every time i play this game i turn down brightness settings on my switch i really hope Nintendo improves the updates for battery life on the switch

Well thank you i Always read and answer most of my comments. Commentary gameplay I stopped a while ago....cause for myself it didn't make much difference on the views.some game are made to talk over but most of them I love to enjoy them quietly

And what's even more of a shock is it runs even better then it did back on the PS3 with a locked 30fps this time.

Is Rogue similar to Black Flag? I never played it or watched anything about it so this is my first time hearing about it lol Black Flag is my fav but only bcs Pirates.
Never played black flag or rogue so I'll keep you posted....cause black flag really got me back in the franchise. I stopped at brotherhood originally

Do you ever do tutorials? I'm looking for a movement guide for assassin's creed on switch and can't find one.
In particular, I'm finding moving around corners on structures difficult and sometimes he just stops moving when going from wall to roof. Any help is appreciated because otherwise I love the game and these things are ruining it for me
I've played this game on xbox 360 and PC, just recently bought it for the switch. From what I remember the best thing to do is just to practice. Black flag can be a little funky with how sticky the character can be to things, but when you spend a lot of time running around you'll get a feel for what will and what will not make edward latch on to things.
@@sirgregoryiii4523 Thanks for your reply, I found a tutorial that helped me. Basically I was hitting buttons when I didn't need to and it would cause him to just stop moving instead of ignoring the useless commands. He moves really smoothly when you just hold the run button and use the joystick to direct him. I'd thought you needed to use the jump button but it's never necessary.
I just mention this to help others, I probably didn't need to ping you with all of that :p
@@terranovarubacha5473 thank u so much I’ve been stuck in the beginning part trying to jump across and getting frustrated cause the jump button wasn’t working… but I just needed to flow with it. Thank you for the advice I was close to giving up hahah

@@MALICEDOLL79 I finally got it ! It’s with ZR and b lol . I think I was lazy trying to find that answer in RUclips videos and not in the actual websites that talk about the switch controls for this specific game

Stupid question but which Button on my joy cons do I have to press to even get out of the first loading screen after selecting black flag? Somehow none of them works and I cannot start the game
It's the "+"-shaped button at the top left corner of the right joy-con

No, you only need once to download the game, and extra content like additional languages in this case.
Afterwards you can enjoy everything offline.

I just picked it up yesterday at gamestop for 39.99 new. It comes with black flag and Rouge. I believe Rouge is a free download code. I've never played Rouge so I'm not even sure what it's about
