- Join me and 1000’s more as we head back to the awesome Thorpe Park Resort for the opening day of Hyperia
Hyperia is the UK’s newest tallest and fastest rollercoaster and is now regarded as the best in the UK from many people who got to ride it
Follow us for the day as we experience one of the best opening days on record, all the Thorpe staff did an incredibly job organising this day, Fearless Valley and Hyperia are amazing
Hyperia stands at a whopping 236ft and reaches speeds in excess of 80mph, it was also constructed and built up by Mack Rides of Germany and the ride is an engineering masterpiece

Hahaha Scott's 'angles' bit made me laugh my ass off. Great vlog, as it always is Andy, and an absolutely incredible coaster. What a day to be there, one of my favourite days in a theme park ever. All the apprehensions, length, theming, amount of airtime... They all fade out of existence the second you ride it. Incredible, incredible incredible addition to the UK market.
Scott is a top bloke and it’s had to believe that I’m exactly 10yrs older than him !! It was an incredible day, can’t wait to ride it again
@@Coaster_Crazy Me: now trying to work out if you're older than me or not... I think I'm somewhere between you and Scott :) I know something, I recently learned that I've got to that age where I have to be well hydrated to marathon coasters these days!
Scott is an absolute diamond. Always has time for people, despite being pestered constantly. Mind you, I've had some good chats with you over the years too, in some random places, from Blackpool to Poland!!! Thanks again Andy, see you around soon hopefully. :)

Cheers for creating & uploading, was good to finally meet yourself and be now on the telly lol. With Dreamland honestly don't realistically see anything as high as Hyperia going down there, but do see loads of potential like I stated in video like more different rides added, do honestly think in my opinion an RMC would be an epic addition down there even with Moose coaster standard layout or custom layout large like size of Wild Maus with loads of theming? But yeah realistically won't get ever a coaster size as Pepsi Max or Hyperia down there as you I think would have a lot of locals disprove of it, but yeah something like custom compact RMC, GCI, Vekoma Swinging Coaster, Vekoma Mine coaster or Log Flume or something be good new addition with loads of theming would put it 100% more on the map. Especially now Manston has gone ahead and a terminal could be seen added down there in future? Kent passenger entry. But yeah at the moment, very unlikely? But would be epic if added something big that competes with other parks on its scale & aswell Merlin Parks so its not left behind. But good vlog, finally in your vlog which made me happy, but a good and new epic addition for UK, but can honestly see Universal beating the record in future. Hoping to hear more on that soon? Will be creating my own video from day around park aswell photography & videography videos. But for now, cheers for vlog, enjoyed and look forward to seeing more in future. 😀👍

Excellent vlog. So many happy people and smiley faces when they come off the ride. No wonder people want another go, it's awesome. Just like you Andy, I'm not a big merch fan but there is some cracking Hyperia stuff that I liked. I would buy the t-shirt for starters. 👍

Cheers for the thorpe park vlogs, I agree with you about the station and area generally looks a bit bland. Must be something serious to be down and not running since Saturday?! Great to see Martin and Paul, last time we seen Mr Hopwood was the Alton towers when you did the VR. Love the content when you are with all the friends, full house on these vligs charlotte and martyn too,paul,hopwood and Scott. It's absolutely good you know 🐛🐛

Absolutely, that's what it's all about, having fun with ur mates and enjoying yourselves. 👌I Honestly don't know how Shaun and charlotte do it just on their own, if I spent every day with my wife and worked with her too we would literally want to kill each other! 😂 It's healthy and Good to escape and have banter with others.
Fantastic vlog. Hopefully it's able to reopen on the 8th. It's a great coaster but not my personal favourite in the UK. I prefer Icon and Nemesis.
