Thanks for Part 3!!! Yes I agree, I would not plant the booby cuttings horizontally. I cut my booby and decided to graft them and grafted the booby to another regular Myrtillocactus geometrizans. Glad to see the base plant yielded the big offset, and yes, you can cut it and the new cutting will eventually root with proper conditions. I used BAP and got 4 new pups emerging from my base plant with roots so that is promising. I grafted the tip and mid cuts onto other regular Myrtillocactus too and even grafted one boob by itself to a rootstock. So far they are all alive but I don't see any new grow so far, but it is alive so that is promising. I think more light will make more fat. Do you use any cactus fertilizer? I use Cactus Juice, tomato fertilizer, and FloraNovaGrow. The normal vertically planted are so much more healthy. Fatness requires some time and patience but I am concerned the plant is fairly thin. Your video is helpful to share some data. Your Euphorbia Ammak is gorgeous. They must love the Canadian weather when not in the winter! I hope you will do a Part 4!!!💚💚💚😍🌵🌵
Thank you so much for the update on your propergations!! 💚🙌🪴 I’m so glad that new baby boobies (🤣) are growing from the spectacular mama plant! 💚🪴Also, I love your antique crock you have with your euphorbia! 💚 Stunning!! 😊
I wonder if you cut the stem in shorter sections would it have done better growing into multiple cacti horizontally as there is more spots to root and support the stem
Thank you for the update. I wanted a boobie cactus for a few years now and haven't see any around me yet. I'm a lite worried about ordering one off line. Love your vedios!!!
Great stuff and thanks for recording all of this. Why do you think your cactus grew thin in the first place? Could it have to do that it was growing too fast under the lights? I ask because mine is thin at the base and I’m worried of having the same problem
@@jungleflowerscanada5384 the boobie cactus and totem pole, cactus or two specimens I’ve been looking for. I’ll find the right ones one day but I love your videos! I’m trying the method you showed for a San Pedro cactus! Thanks!

Thank so much LeaAnne, yes, I love the crock,.I bought it at an antique market.
💚 Thank you. I just got my boobie cactus in the mail. I'm excited to watch it grow. Next year I would also like to propagate mine into 2
They are so cute 💚
I'm surprised the guy got new growth from laying his cuttings horizontally. It's always good to try different propagation methods though.
Yes, not effective at all 💚
Thanks for all the information it’s so appreciated ‼️❤️❤️❤️
You're very welcome Tracey 💚
Looking Fab Grainne 🍀🍀🍀
Thank you so much 💚

Thanks Brenda. Where do you live? Crystal Star Nursery sells them
I was also going to recommend CSN
I live in ohio
Great stuff and thanks for recording all of this.

I ask because mine is thin at the base and I’m worried of having the same problem
I suspect that is the case. I have 4 new babies now so I'm going to plant them up separately 💚
I guess if it gets more light, it could posdibly grow thicker?
💚
Nice video, thanks and peace…
Where did you buy your boobie cactus? I live in AB Canada, and I've never seen them here
I imported it but Crystal Star Nursery sell them, try there. 💚
More light will equal thicker.
💚💚💚
Do you have a totem pole cactus!!
No, unfortunately not.
