There are a whole lot of post WW2 Leica 3f copies which loaded according to the drawing in the camera--which requires cutting the leader so it is extended about the width of the camera. Failure to do so can damage the shutter curtain. Goes for "Barnack Leica" and copies. Tragedy. There are videos on RUclips. Tip: get a plastic template for the job and a pair of curved ostomy scissors to help you cut the curved & strait segments.
