This home is absolutely stunning inside! Would have to back date a few things but it is totally worth being restored! Restoring one now in TN. Stripping layers upon layers of paint from beautiful tiger oak, removing fake walls, dropped ceilings, paneling.... Hope someone is restoring this one on the exterior. What a beauty ❤ Great presentation!
Wow. What a beautiful home. On the inside, lol. I have to admit the outside.Kind of scared me. But only at first. As a lot of it is just cosmetic. Still very much worth the investment. And I think the presenter did just fine..lol
Having owned a house built in 1914, you have to love old homes to take on a project house like that. The outside alone would cost a fortune, probably have to reside the whole thing lol. Then there is the baths and kitchen. Although my husband is talented enough to do all the work, our age is slowing us down now lol. Gorgeous inside with the wood work though.
Do you not have pics of the lower floor where the garage is? Theres lots of windows and exterior doors unaccounted for there and above the second floor where the bedrooms are. 🤔
@thecorderteamanchorrealtyl9187 I'm new to your channel. And of course, I left a comment. But when you say it's not a good marketing tool. That kind of scares me. Seventy-five k for a new roof. That doesn't bother me. But are we talking about foundation issues. Because that would bother me. Thank you for any feedback.
@@johnriesingerfor sure it needs work, but when finished, and if done right, it could list for about $240k. This type of project takes just the right person to undertake, for sure.
First of all that house in that curent condition is worth a dollar no more the damage alone makes the house worthless my house cost me,91 thousand and it was built in 1930 and has all original wood working inside and has no damages to the house it has 4 bedrooms 3 garage 2 bathrooms another room in the downstairs basement its two stories and it has a big back yard and my property tax is 900 dollars a year and I have solar on the roof why would anyone buy this house with all that damage on it for that price its going to cost you more to fix it then what the house is worth no thanks i am not a sucker.

As owners of a restored 1898 Victorian, hubby and l are so glad to see the woodwork!!! Usually, some idiot has painted it all.
cant wait to paint mine will really upset the timber purists
0:22 Isnt it sad that people go into these old works of art and modernize and paint every square inch of woodwork. Will be stripping ours forever.
Wish lwas there to help I ve had lots of practice striping paint! Volunteer the hubs, too!🌻
It’s lovely ❤
I’m 67 years old and would gladly work on that outside just to own that house.
Same here roomie. 😜
Beautiful woodwork. Kitchen is a gut job

Love how at the beginning of the video, you just appeared slowly as if a ghost from the past! Lovely home!
Thank you. If you aren't having fun marketing these homes, you aren't trying!
Good presentation. Lovely house.
Thank you. It’s a neat place.

I did not have pix, no. It’s a good sized basement but not photogenic for real estate marketing.
@@thecorderteamanchorrealtyl9187Sure, but that's not the point.
@@kookietherapy9398 sorry then, no basement pix, no.

Hi! It was listed for $70k and will close soon. City lot, so no average.
What are the property taxes like?
Low - this home is $741 annually.
water stain on ceilings = leaky roof take $50k?
No active leaks. Previous leaks: of course. Will take $70k:)
No vent over the cook top...eventually grease gets everywhere.
Good eye, my friend. Good eye.
How many millions?
.07.
I don't know why you Americans refer to the Victorian era.
You see, you were not a part of the British empire in 1895.
OK. Great feedback.
LOL
Knock it down …way too much neglect and damage

Thumbs up for the house. Thumbs down for the presenter. 🙄
I’ll work on that. Thank you for the feedback.
Sorry, but W. Virginia is just too damn MAGA. Pull a tent canvas over the whole South and call it an insane asylum.
That’s actually funny:).
The Entire Country is! LOL
THANK GOD IT IS MAGA!!!!! Rather that than President Poopy Pants.
