    This has got to be one of the most interesting videos i've ever watched. Living in America for my entire life, and never traveling out of country, I would have never guessed or expected a massive ceremony on the border between countries to exist. Do I know the reason for it? No. But the sheer rush to get in, chanting, and joy on everyone's faces makes me so happy and has opened my eyes to just how diverse the world is. The culture and traditions seen here were amazing, and I wouldn't have ever known they existed without watching this video.

    There is no worry about being left behind by AC buses booked ahead of time. I visited the golden temple in Amritsar and watched the closing ceremony in its border with Pakistan. It was fun.

    I crossed the train border between Amritsar and Lahore in 1986. It was insane. Arrived in Pakistan during Ramadan and ate some food in the day hiding behind a billboard with some rule-breaking locals. It was wild.

    you know, every single person in the first 5 minutes was genuinely trying to help you. the 'drunk' guy in the beginning telling the motorcycle rider to take you straight to your destination. when you get there, another person tells the rider to go where the bus is and not waste any time in doing so.. then when you get to the bus stop, another person tells you oh that is your bus right there. it has left and they let you on. show some gratitude man...

    • @jawshu
      @jawshu Год назад +2

      @@didierduplantier8359 I’m sure some do, the way a Catholic might attend Latin Mass without knowing Ecclesiastical Latin. Some might also read translations.
      I’m just amazed this guy can walk into a country with no idea what language they speak. To be fair, Urdu script is similar to Arabic. But that's like assuming Spanish is English because they use the same letters. Amazing he would assume they speak Arabic in a non-Arab part of the world. They’re just brown people to him
