google would was not tell me HOW my first ad was innappropriate. They said ad was ok ; recommended changes over a few days; took $600 first before they stopped me. I Explained that I was new, they reopened acct but I'm afraid to reopen ad because I still don't see what was wrong.
Basically - if you run a FB contest - YOU CANNOT USE ANY FB FUNCTIONALITY AT ALL TO RUN A CONTEST ON THE PLATFORM! YOU MUST RUN CONTESTS ON FACEBOOK USING THIRD PARTY APPS ONLY! And you need to tell recipients that the contests you run that the contest is not sponsored by or produced by Facebook. Failure to heed that means YOU FACE THE BAN HAMMER - EVERY TIME!!!
My advice would be to delete all of the secondary accounts and then contact FB daily from your main account. Sometimes it's just about connecting with the right person at the right time.
Not sure if you have any insight to this - I've had an eCommerce store running for 4 months now. I've done over $350k in sales, have 10,000 customers, and so many happy comments and positive feedback on all of my ads. I purchase my inventory in bulk, and ship with 2-5 day delivery. Recently, out of nowhere, my page score went to 1.9 from a 3.5.... I am not sure how or why exactly, and now this week again it went to a 1.7 score. I'm really nervous because I finally invested over $50k into product manufacturing and they are finally on their way. Everything was going so smoothly. If my page score somehow goes beneath the 1.5 or 1.0 - do they ban my facebook personal account? Do they ban the specific ad account running ads for that page? Do they ban the page? I'm really worried because I have so much invested, and a lot on the line, that out of nowhere just became a risk due to FB saying I have a low feedback score. Is there a way that I can fix this, or if worst comes to worst, save my data, and still be able to run ads to sell these products? Sorry for the long post, looking for any help. All of my products are branded, people are happy, nothing deceiving. I'm at a loss here. :/ PS - I have amazing customer service, offer super fast and free refunds, and we are all over the customer service. I've been doing everything really well, in my opinion.
Hey Zachary, I'm happy to hear you're store is doing well, but not about that customer feedback score :/ My guess would be that out of the small audience that FB is polling, there are not many replies (small sample size) and that 1 or 2 negatives could trigger this. You don't need to worry about your personal page being banned, but you do need to worry about increased ad costs as FB will limit your ads reach [facebook.com/business/help/108127923199330] My advice would be to continue to offer great service and be responsive to customers and hopefully a few more 5 ratings will boost you right back up.
Anton Kraly - Drop Ship Lifestyle thank you! I’m mostly worried since it went all the way to a 1.9 last week, then today 1.7 so I figured at this rate soon I would drop below a 1! I was also thinking the same about the sample size. Hopefully I’m okay. Even with deliverability being throttled, I’m still managing 5-8 ROAS so hopefully I can turn it around!
I have 4000+ FB personal friends and 700+ followers. However I don’t get views, likes or interaction on lives, videos or pics without links. Hired a woman that said I’m on a ban list. This is not my business page or group page but my regular page. Not sure what’s going on
My situation is not about Facebook ads, but for some reason my website goes against their "community guidelines", even though the content of my site is completely okay. It seems they didn't want the competition for world domination.
Have you been able to get what specifically goes against their guidelines? I would recommend starting chats with their support until you know exactly what's wrong. I would then screenshot their reply, fix the problem, and follow up again with the screenshot and showing what's been changed.

@@dropshiplifestyle Thanks for your reply, but I had enough with Facebook, and I already found a more suitable network. Best wishes!
How am I supposed to contact Facebook if my account is banned😕
Does this link work for you? facebook.com/help/contact/?id=144829575575175
Drop Ship Lifestyle thank you yes!
I was compliant and still got my account banned. They later said that my ads were "incorrectly disabled"
@Jimmy Cruise thanks for the recommendation, they helped me too
