Cook your knots fully take them from oven to your mixture toss well coat return them to the oven for 5 mins and your mixture won't burn they will be hot crispy. If your a garlic lover like I am roll the dough out like snake then flatten it takes your mixture thin line down the middle pinch close locking in the mixture gently roll back to a snake and maje a knot bake until done lightly brown toss like before good eats

I got my information from recipes, and in this area, pizzerias make garlic knots out of pizza dough.........dah!!! Get it, pizzeria, pizza dough, garlic knots?

Garlic knots are made with pizza dough, a light enriched dough. Challah dough is a heavy enriched dough with egg. Doesn't work!

Works just fine. Garlic knots are just knots made of bread dough with garlic on. Might not be airy and light, but still garlic knots.
