For anyone who reads this comment... I am an IT professional with over 20 years of experience and this is complete BS! When you go to MSCONFIG and disable all non-Microsoft services you could be disabling vital services... such as your ANTIVIRUS software (assuming you are using something other than Windows Defender). You may also have a variety of different applications that rely on these services (such as VPN, Licensing Services, etc...). System interrupts are a hardware thing... it's possible it could be caused by a malfunctioning driver(s), something is overheating (chipset, CPU, GPU, etc...), SATA controller is malfunctioning. etc.... I normally see this on OEM units like Dells, HPs, etc... You best bet is to bring your PC to a professional ;)

Thanks, this really work for me! The last 3rd method is a one time setting. The first update setting method will really depend on windows for available updates. What really worked for me is the second method. Windows 10 seems to cause my entry level PC CPU fan spinning like crazy (check CPU usage is high) periodically. THANKS!

(solved)...guys none of these ways works .. i had high cpu usage and it drop down when i open task manger ... i found out that there is a mining virus using my pc .. so downloaded malwarebytes free antivirus and scanned my pc ... now i have normal 2% cpu usage not a !@$ over 60% while doing nothing

I dont know but I installed a no name software yesterday and then my laptop suddenly lags and heats up even just opening a browser. I checked my windows security for viruses and it says no virus. I checked the newly installed softwares but no fishy apps. I need help 😭
My guess is it's like a drive right? Yeah no you might have to get that checked out by an IT you can't really fix something that your system can't even find.
With cmd thing mine says "access denied as you do not have sufficient privilagesor the disk may be locked by another process. You have to invoke this uitility running in elevated mode and make sure the disk is unlocked"

Actually fixed my problem playing certain games. The task manager was showing 100 % when actually other tools showed the game was running way lower in CPU usage.

@@A2MTech i restarted my pc worked fine, there are bunch of things i unhcecked like audio,nvidia and other important looking stuff but my pc is working the same fine. But this did not fix the system interupts i get, i should not have system interupt but i have a malware hacker virus on my pc and i dont want to reset it and ive tried all tricks to remove it for example malwarebytes but the virus is clustered in my system32 files ETC.

Still not solved man! When i open task manager it shows 100% but it reduces to 2-3% . But when i open it agains it shows at 100%
It takes quite some resources to open the task manager asap. This video was supposed to help you with the system interrupts. Like... using 100% CPU for something like... updating or whatever and it won't let you close it with task manager.

I found a simple solution, you have to update your drivers.

You should download driver easy, it's a program that detects your drivers and show you how to download and install them.
@@verysmartultrahuman939 well there are a few drives I do not update because it is the drive of the mouse and keyboard so I think it is not necessary
