- Despite Western embargos, Russia's weapons stockpile continues to replenish unrelentingly. As of March, the country was producing three times more artillery shells than the United States and Europe for Ukraine. The loophole is the oils and gas from Russia still flowing to Europe and keep the EU economy afloat.
One simple question, does anything Russia can buy from China that Ukraine can't. If both countries have equal access to Chinese goods, I call it neutral. As long as no weapon direct sell you have nothing to say. Otherwise even toilet paper will help Russia aggression. US attitude is my way or highway.
