A pity you are not able to answer questions again, after a while. One's personal growth, one's age, ones experiences, one's understanding of a situation and new information may vary as time passes. There're few things that are 100% consistent over time and space. And few things stay the same in our minds when we change along with our lives. Answering a question at just one point in time may not be sufficient to cover the subject. Or reach all. Sometimes other words being used, or a slightly different perspective, or what points being addressed, can make a large difference for the people listening. Hey Eli, I just bought some eggs from a farm on 31 a few miles south of Kenton. I wrote a check to Alvin Yoder. I don't know if that was the egg raiser or the guy that owned the farm.
Unfortunately RUclips is running for legal cover and dumping anything that is cross posted to any other platform. I get it, they don’t want to be in a position to be sued by another platform. BUT creators only have so much time, and most are on several platforms. It isn’t fair to expect that there will be no cross over at all. Now if they are concerned about the “clock” watermark/logo, fine. But based on your experience and other creators, there seems to be some AI flagging anything with the same content as is found elsewhere with or without logos/watermarks. So basically what they are saying is that they expect RUclips exclusive uploads. Which is an unfair burden for creators that do publish to multiple platforms.

Eli, I'm sure there's a way for you to verify with RUclips that you're the owner of the TikTok channel you transfer your content from. Lots of creators share the same content across platforms. Maybe you need to do it in a different format (ie don't download a video from TikTok and then post it here, but take a video on your phone and then upload it separately on each platform?). Don't give up on RUclips. I'm sure there's a way.

Did you try appealing the decision? RUclips, from what i know, doesn't use "3rd party" people, they use their internal AI Algorithms to search content. You should, if you haven't already, Appealed this decision and speak to someone. I'm also surprised that Eli doesn't have a RUclips Rep. Maybe you need to get RUclips Partnered with a Checkmark before this can happen? I'm not sure. Eli, you should try looking into this and the RUclips PArtnership program and see if you can get yourself a Rep to help you as I believe reps are supposed to be assigned to creators after 100k subs. I don't have TikTok don't have facebook or drama book is i call it. So i have for RUclips premium so i don't have to watch ads. Now there doing this i think its time to cancel like I've done a lot of others. I've watched a bunch of videos recently that came from TikTok whats the big deal if you're doing it. Dumb question but, couldn’t you just make a video about a certain topic and just upload that same exact video footage to multiple platforms? For example, if you were to make a short video about what it was like going to school as a kid growing up in your specific Amish community, would RUclips take issue with you uploading the video to TikTok AND RUclips, despite their being no differences or advertisements in it?
If you record the video with tiktok software I believe that's where the violation could be if you record it off of your own phone/camera and your own purchased software you should be able to post on both. Im probably wrong but that'd be my guess.
