- Just before Patch 0.18 comes out, I thought it would be great to Predict how good these new and reworked items will be! What do you guys think? What Items stand out to you, and where do you disagree with on my tier-list? Let me know, in the comment section below!

This video was recorded before V.0.18 Came out, and is mainly speculation and prediction with very minimal testing. I'm assuming to have wrong ratings on quite a few of these, so within a few weeks It will be very interesting to look back at this list!

I just tried Crescelia, Obelisk, Magnify, Oathkeeper with Shinbi and it is insane. I was doing 700 basic attack when activating Obelisk, and without obelisk it was over 500 when all of the "empower your next basic attack" proc
I would bet money that Dawnstar gets a bit of a nerf when they look to balance the new meta
Eartshaker on Serath. Does her q stack the item on each instance of damage that it does?
I believe that's the intended interaction for that item yeah.

That's a weird one. I can't get behind that one.
Omen, Penumbra, Nightfall, Draconum, Perforator, Painweaver on Feng Mao is broken. 1 kill = 5 kills lol
I think the list is pretty good, but the patch is coming out In a bit and probably after like 2 weeks we really know how the items work the best and what works and what does great vid keep up the good work
For sure. That was kind of the idea of the Video, to assume and predict what Items will be good, then maybe within 3-4 weeks I will revisit this Video and see how accurate I was.

I dont think it's worth it, considering he has one damaging ability.

Nuclear rounds on rev sounds really good
I don't think it's good on Revenant at all. He doesn't benefit from attack-speed stats as much & he only has one damaging ability. Feels like he has way better options.
@@Empti_ wont that benefit your reload speed with rev? And the extra ability damage benefits his Q, I could be wrong it could be trash on him but I feel like the items seems pretty solid since he already doesn't have a ton of great options for items
The reload benefit is very minimal. Definitely not something worth spending stats on, unless the item is generally really cracked. I think Revenant's build path won't be changing much tbh.
@@Empti_ ya its minimal but figured the other stats benefit him a lot but ok fair enough I just figured with 6 items it could be worth slotting in
Envy on Feng Mao tho. Bro dashes like every 2 secs
Envy has a 45s cd on the Silence, but ye it's probably good in the right matchup.
I feel like with this patch certain items are going to be staple to certain heros

I really really like a lot about this game. I hope they branch out from their usual design and try making a minion spawner and a transforming hero

Plasma Blade was made for Wraith
I do think there's room for Wraith to utilize this item and go for a 100% Crit-rate build (Primary because of Nuclear Rounds), although on paper it sounds VERY Weird to have Wraith auto-attack 5 times and play closer range to stack this Item. I think ability/pen might still be a superior build path, because you would also be abusing his longer range play pattern.
Envy is the most broken item for sure. Killari and feng are about to go crazy.
I think it's one of the strongest Items too. I just don't think people will use it well enough for the first few weeks, hence the rating.
