One of the things that you fail to talk about when it comes to quality is the video compression and bitrate. You can have the highest resolution camera, most fps, best lenses, and sensors, but if the bitrate is too low or if the compression method is too inefficient, you could end up with unsightly macroblocking/pixelation, especially during motion shots. Most phones will have a bitrate of around 20-30mbps for 4k/24 video, compared to 100mbps+ that you would find on many dslr and point and shoot cameras.

15:04 15:25 Me on the Samsung S21 Ultra with 512GB 😎
Right?!?! Not sure why he thinks it doesn't come in 512. My phone is magic and rare apparently, lol
Bro I couldn’t find the 512 anywhere!! It wasn’t even available on their website. Like it didn’t even say sold out, it just wasn’t an option
@@JakeWeisler had to preorder or find at another store. They went fast and you can still buy them now
@@JakeWeisler OH, that's crazy! I pre-ordered mine, but I thought they still had them. Hey, great video BTW! I have a OnePlus 7 Pro and I was wondering how the newer model would compare to the S21 Ultra.
I was hella confused when he said that cause I just bought one

S21U is the real deal. Looked too biased lol he even said it himself that he's an apple guy
The iPhone 12 Pro Max actually won sooo…
@@Rainbow-ez6lc Why? Because as I've said he's an 🍎 guy like you 👀
I’m using an iPhone and I totally agree with you, S21 ultra won easily.
I guess that makes me a Samsung guy🤣🙉

This comparison with S21 Ultra, iPhone 12 Pro Max, 1+ 9 pro & Mi 11 Ultra would be marvelous! Grear Video!
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra : I have more mega pixels with great optimisation and lot more features... 😎
IPhone : Huh ,😏mega pixels, it doesn't matter bro, I have the best optimisation in the planet... But I'm too dumb in camera features.. 😞
MI 11 ultra : Haha😆 I have the biggest camera sensor with lots of features but my optimisation is not so good. 😟
Oneplus 8 pro : I have the all things which you need. A big sensor, a great optimisation, great colours, nice features and camera mechanisms and lot more things and also best value for money device. 😌
Google pixel : mmm, I have some work so I leave the meeting guys 😁😅

When I was young I clearly remember my dad carrying 2kg brick by SONY at vacation back in the days and the quality of the video was not even close to the quality of any of the new highend smartphones. Actually incredible how fast the modern day technology goes if you think about it.
Samsung s21 ultra has 512 gb !!! I have it in my hand , so wrong info from u
@@robertbentia1098 uhh what lol?

I wonder how he gave it to the iPhone.
Especially that no video was shown to prove the choice lol

Typing this from S21 ultra this phone is insane
Snap!
You should include the Sony xperia 1iii next time!😊
S21 ultra is for Pros it has many customizations in the camera app.
And if you want just click and shoot you should grab the iPhone 12 pro max
The results seem about right. I would never give up my Pixel but, of course, the Pixel 5 is gonna place last. They've never been known for great video. Also, it's a mid-range phone going up against high end phones.
I REALLY LIKE THIS VIDEO THAN YOU SO MUCH ALL THE TEAM IF YOU GUIDE US LOVE YOU ALL BUDDY
This is clearly an Apple fan boy review
Iphone cant win or what? Some android users are idiots

I have a suggestion!!! Sony Xperia 1 ii is insane too!!! It's my favorite one so far ☺️
S21 is my favorite and easy to use!
Google pixel series - photography
Apple iPhones - videography
Samsung phones - good with both
OnePlus - no privacy (Chinese)
XD

For the average consumer looking for a "point and shoot" camera, the Pixel 5 all day (I have an S21 Ultra too).
Give me the s21 since you have two devices😁✌
You are testing the cams and still iPhone wins? Pretty sure you can make any shot better on an S21 Ultra; especially if you are a pro.
he cant even grade his videos properly
Could you show us then?
Yeah but apple makes there amazing iPhones for people who just want to point and shoot.
@@Rainbow-ez6lc Doesn't matter. Pre-instles software should be counted. I'd agree with your lazy ass statement if 3rd-party programs were involved.
I loved my Pixels! Used them throughout, and genuinely enjoyed how it handles images. However, just switched for the first time to the 12 Pro max. Specifically because of the hybrid capabilities. And being a Mac OS and FCP user it just fits in perfectly. And though I still love the Pixel specifically, in the Android world, I totally get why iPhones just work within that ecosystem so well.
I like to see the camera comparison of OnePlus 9 pro,mi 11 ultra, Sony's latest smartphone and obviously with samsung and Apple
Much needed, Thanks man
great job RUclips I saw a Parker walbeck advertisement
S21 ultra is amazing 🔥🔥🔥

yes i have the 512 version you can get them very easily in the UK
@@richardmartin9939 well, you could. At the time I bought mine, EE and most networks had stopped supplying the 512gb. Amazon still has a few but for some reason stocks are dwindling. With 8k and 4k cameras, storage is critical.

@@mayanksalvi9494 no you don't know
the S21 Ultra 512GB does exist in the uk at least and over here its just one of your standard choices 128 256 or 512 the 512 also comes with 16GB of ram where the other two options only have 12GB of ram
Samsung only quickly added that option when they noticed apple did it.
Pixel is perfectly handy for day to day usage and an excellent camera phone, I don't know why he considered it even for video recording capabilities and even if he did he disgraced it unconditionally 🤦♂️😂

Great video! I bought a Samsung s20 for starting RUclips and I'm happy with the results! The only real difference is the directors mode which I'd love and the iPhone stabilisation would be pretty neat in there also. Android all the way for me but I have to hand it to apple for really aiming for perfection in most ways. I'm just happy Samsung has the Pro Video, such an amazing feature for learning filmmakers!
it's great and informative video

What a graet comparison. The one I like was S21
I could tell that you're an IPhone guy without seeing the end. Apple fanatics are always biased.
Android crybabies are the best. They just wanna belive they are supreme. They have come a long way and might win apple someday but it isn’t happening anytime soon cos apple software is so much better than linux operated android software. Most of android phone companys have said that the biggest flaw is the software os. Maybe someday samsung will create it’s own os and then beating the fuck out off apple. But for now, the king is apple.
@@VIIOmusic Yeah, if you want to be enslaved by the Apple overlords by overpaying for a piece of equipment that you have zero control over. Thanks but no thanks.
@@incognitofelon they all are as expensive if we talk about good camera phones. Have you looked apple new m1 chip on computers. At 1000e you’ll get very powerfull laptop for video editing. At the same price point windows laptops are useless for 4k video editing. I happen to work on home electronic store so I know in real life that there is good things in every brand items but apple isnt overpriced that is for sure.
@@VIIOmusic How many consumers buy Apple computers because they actually edit huge sized videos and need that chip? How many buy them cause it's a status symbol? Functional needs aside, 90% of their products are overpriced for what they are or what people use them for.
@@VIIOmusic Actually the chips they use on their mobile phones are infreor to most Android flagship models. They compensate for the lack of power through use of closed software structure. Which means you pay more for lower priced hardware.
