SHORT: Craftsman R1000 30" Riding Mower, Plugged Fuel Line, Won't Start

Description: My neighbors mower that I have worked on before, but this time the issue was not a common problem. In fact, it was a very uncommon problem on small engines, at least in my experience. After a 2nd carburetor cleaning and condition still persists, checked fuel delivery. Found the fuel line to have issues.
Symptom: No-Start Condition, Spins but does not catch
Diagnosis: Contamination in the fuel line caused the inside of the rubber fuel line (at the tank) to deteriorate and plug the line. Replaced the line and re-checked, no more issues
