Btw how do you ankle motion so smoothly I could never figure it out my CNS just freaks out and goes into a set speed I can't control. Stuck with double strokes which suffers heavily with stamina
@@jankocollyer6037 I think I just kept practicing until I got it. Bit by bit. I use swivel on my right foot to compensate lack of speed compared to my left (I'm a lefty). It took me a couple of months of a few sessions a week to get to 220. That being said it's still not as tight and consistent as I want it to be. It's all a work in progress. Try to eat good, sleep good and workout as well. Just keep at it!
