Tell your audience that when you go to an ATM you have to pay your bank in your country and you are also charged at the bank in DR. And moreover You're only aloud to withdraw 10.000 peso a day. Don't pay any attention to this fool
You can take out 25,000 pesos at La Nacional and I am charged 500 pesos only to withdraw cash. That's how much the international charge is from my Canadian account. Also, name calling only makes you a fool. Nobody else.
