Yes! I've done the diet as well and I actually lost a lot of weight (yay!). But speaking to a doctor he told me that the risks of a high protein diet is that it puts a lot of stress on your kidneys. He said that it's very common to see young men (who eat way too much protein to gain more muscle) getting kidney failure nowadays. So probably it's just best to stick to a healthy medium and just stay away from processed carbs.

Low carb? Girl high carb is the way to go. It’s too much fat that is the enemy lol
Keto is low carb high fat, putting you into a state of ketosis. When your body is in a state of ketosis, it uses fat as energy rather than glucose. A lot of people prefer this way of eating, especially for the mental health benefit's it has.
