In Austria, my home country, they have the options that you make every dish with chicken vegetarian, because they have fake chicken patties. And all the fries and a lot of sauces are vegan :)). Makes life easier. And we do have an all vegan fast food chain

I took a proper bite into a vegan till did the take long to realise then I spat it out of my mouth into a bin and threw the rest into the bin then went back and bought a proper sausage roll which certainly quickly took the after taste out from the vegan roll note if I had to force myself to eat this shit you will have to pay me £1.000.000.000 to eat a beyond burger fuck that shit I will never go vegan love yeh taste of flesh much more than a tomato even tho I use to eat tomatoes like apples at one point fact not all meat eaters just eat meat I love my meat but I also love my french fries you bastards I also love proper cheese aswel

True. When I became vegan I only ate at Indian restaurants because other restaurants didn't have vegan options. Times have changed rapidly though because there are tons of all-vegan restaurants in my city now.

I always thought about that. When i used to be a meat eater, i didn’t like it when i ate very rubbery pieces of chicken, and when i saw blood, raw meat, etc. and now that i eat plant based foods, i don’t feel grossed out about eating because i know that it isn’t a dead animal.

I used to hate on vegetarians untill I realised how good vegan food is! So I started eating the vegan options at places. Then I watched some bite size vegan videos and learnt about why people are vegan and it has changed my life! I have such a good relationship with food even though I’m a huge junk food person 😂 I enjoy food now as a vegan more than I ever had before! If you’re curious about veganism, if you have a vegan in your life, ask them which brands and stores have the best food and options! Vegan food can be hit n miss but trust me, one you’re on a roll there’s no going back 😍
Edit: ok so lots of people are saying it’s stupid I hated on vegetarians, what I should have originally said is that I thought the diet was stupid bc I had only ever been told humans must eats meat so when someone doesn’t of course my 10 year old ass is gonna the ink they’re strange

This is good to know. When you are out and about and hungry it is good to know that Denny's, Carls Jr, Dominoes, and Burger King are options. (We don't have White Castle here). El Pollo Loco (get rice, beans (or pollo bowl hold the pollo), corn on the cob and vegetables) and Taco Bell (bean burritos fresco style) are other options.
i've never seen her before but she seems SOO down to earth, humble, and friendly

Vegan fast food from fast food chains is fairly new where as there are strictly vegan fast food restaurants that have been around for some time depending on where you live and if there is a demand for it.

Im so happy that We have loads of Vegan and Vegetarian food at foodstore in Sweden. Even in restaurant !!! Its hard though for me to go on vacation in south Europe and not be able to eat any vegetarian or vegan 😅

Yea I would be so pissed. this is why I have trust issues. omnivores just don't get it. "I made you vegan food!, oh but I cooked it in butter is that ok?" "Chicken stock is vegan right?, fish aren't an animal! What even is whey protein???". let me read the ingredients or watch you cook. The only people that I can trust are people with celiac disease or other serious allergies, since they seem to be the only other people who read ingredients as religiously. Also many omnivores think that gluten isn't vegan, lmao. I always tell them I fuckign love gluten, and that a lot of vegan foods are 100% gluten. people don't know shit about nutrition and food.
@@anonmiss2112 True. I get that "fish isn't meat" ALL THE FUCKING TIME. It's like everywhere I go and people try to be nice to me, they cook fish. I have no problem bringing my own food, in fact I prefer it, but people take offense to that and force fish on me 🙈
@@anonmiss2112 Same! I only trust my mom to cook for me (who actually isn't vegan, but knows how ethical I am). Other family members will usually use the same oil to fry my potatoes that they used to fry their chicken with, or use dairy cheese if we run out of the non-dairy kind. 😬😬😬 That's all in the past anyway as I primarily cook for myself now that I'm older.

1.surpised a 5 year vegan has never heard of vegan junkfood. you gotta be living under a rock. 2. Buns are often made with l-cystine or other animal derived ingredients. it's not hard finding vegan ones in store but fast food is notorious for using it. And for veggie patties a lot of them are only vegetarian as they often use eggs.

Why is everyone so mad on here. People are attacking each other over simple questions. Is bread vegan? One question on here that has people in an uproar. I actually have a hard time finding bread that is vegan. I don't just look at milk and eggs as the ingredient. Other ingredients come up as non vegan. We found way to be compassionate to animals now let's do the same for eachother.
If you bake ur own bread its vegan, lots of jerk vegans attack people by saying "VEGANS CANT EAT BREAD. BREADS NOT VEGAN. UR NOT VEGAN!" Bread is not inherently non-vegan, people just add stuff to it. Here are Vegan breads u can make: Sourdough, Pita, Ciabatta, Baguette, Focaccia.
Store bought: Ezekiel, Dave's Killer bread, many "Arnold" brand breads also called "Brownberry" are sold at Target and most Kosher breads (Jewish dietary laws prohibit mixing dairy with meat, so many kosher types of bread are dairy free to allow for meat toppings). Generally the fluffier and or dessert like (brioche) the more likely a main ingredient is egg. If it's glazed, that was probably done with an egg....Just some tips from a friendly baker! :)
2 years later, but it depends of what they add, most bread in my country is just salt, flour, yeast, water, which is vegan (or if you really really respect all living beings including bacteria yeast might not be vegan? lol), but i read in the US they add eggs and milk to bread? so it's safer to make it at home
