There is an easier way to make almond milk, instead of using whole almonds, soaking and filtering. Just use 1 tbsp of almond butter per cup of water. You don't have to filter after.

I do the same thing, eat dinner and the kitchen is closed. I also brush my teeth right after which prevents me to even think about having a bite of something. I’m too lazy to brush my teeth again 😂

almonds are high in oxalates, no thank you. i make my own coconut oil from coconut shredded flakes and warm water, i mix them in a 50/50 ratio, very easy and healthy without any additives or preservatives like the store bought milks.

I am 40 years old a wife and mom of two in Louisiana and I weigh 165. I would love to get back down to 120. I feel old and my joints ache and I feel heavy and slow lol😊

I usually stay between 125-130 but last year my cortisol levels were scary high and my body put on some weight. Now that I’ve worked to get my cortisol levels to a safe place I’m working on getting rid of the excess weight. I am 38 years old, wife and a mama as well! You’re doing a great job beautiful!! I would say start small. Create daily healthy habits that you can stick to daily and you will start seeing progress!! I’m here to support you and cheer you on!! I HAVE made my own almond milk it is not hard and its delicious! I use a little less water becuase i like mine thicker. Had to break up with creamers/emulsifiers. I love the idea of scripting & manifestations at night 🩷💖

I have broken up with my Vital Protein Collagen Creamer because they reformulated with maltodextrin 😕 So I've been playing around with making my own delicious coffee creamer!
