I prefer an early morning workout routine, but if my sleep isn’t good ( I have insomnia issues), I do it after work. I love to walk on my treadmill for 60-70 minutes, and then I do a strength training You Tube video workout. I walk every day, and I strength train 4-5 times a week. Meal prepping is key for me to staying consistent in eating healthy. High protein meals really satiates me, and it’s fun to come up with new recipes! Date night with my husband is my one meal that I don’t really count, but I am mindfully choosing foods that are better choices for me. I also have to keep making sure I’m also drinking water consistently too. Thank you for these tips! ❤❤

those are amazing steps that you have taken! may i kindly ask why you dont switch your program and do strength training before your walk - it’s been proven that you will maximize both exercises doing them that way i have the same routine as you and doing that switch gave me more power in my lifts instead of being tired from my walk just a little suggestion 😊
@@sunshinegirl02 it all depends how I feel. I don’t always walk before my strength training workouts, but I do more often than not. You’re probably right with switching it around. If my sleep is decent, I’ll walk in the morning and strength train after work, depending on the amount of time I have in the morning. Thank you for the suggestion!
@@jeanavery4451 you’re welcome :) i thought id share what made a difference for me my morning walk alone gets me around 8200 steps so i add a 10 mins walk on my walking pad at lunch time and the rest of the walking around the office and whatnot gets me to 15,000steps i added that extra 10 mins walk as i used to hit 12,000steps and felt like i plateaud if you can bump it too you’ll see great results ;) keep it up girl 💪🏻💪🏻 we got this 💛

I am so glad that I found your channel! I am implementing some routines in my own life and really shooting for those protein goals as well. Your tips make so much sense and I agree that we have to build a life that we love and not just try to copy someone else’s or else it will not be sustainable for us. I am really hoping that by implementing my own routine, that is healthy, I can start to see, some changes in my body as well.
