Intelligent chap, Alejandro - I like listening to him.
Although I’m a massive Pelé fan- Maradona highlighted my inner maverick and I’ll love him forever despite the hand of god
I was in the stadium that night, the ones booing Veron were the idiots that believed the myth that Veron didn't play good against England in 2002 because he was a Manchester United player. When Maradona told people to clap, the ones that clapped were the ones like me, that thought the booing was ridiculous. The ones that were booing, didn't clapped, just stay quiet and looked stupid.
It’s still painful of Veron’s time as a Manchester United player. Complete shadow of his former self. Couldn’t replicate his performances from Lazio 😫
It wasnt just him theres a long list of south americans not performing for United
As a man United fan, And like captain veron. It's bummer that he wasn't right fit for Man United. I'm not sure if Sir Alex even used him well or as you said was shadow And his former self.
Parma was prime veron
Thank you god for this wonderfull player. May he rest in your eternal glory.
Orgullo de ser argentino es el regalo mas hermoso de dios
Ale Moreno perfectly described the ambience when Maradona is present and the symbiosis between Maradona and the people. This sentiment will be eternal.
He was one of the few that made me emotional when Maradona passed away.
yes i remember looking forward to watch SERIE A... during Maradona era that was the best footballers gather and yet he exceled them all ... best football times
I could relate to Ale since we're both the same age. The panini world cup collectibles, watching Sunday serie a match highlight show just because of diego maradona. Also bought the maradona, greatest player in the world video/documentary on VHS tape when it came out in 1989. Lost count of how many times I've watched the video. Was really devastated when Argentina lost to Germany in italia90 final.
I had to trade Rummenigge plus Lineker for that Maradona Panini stickers ... and no regret.
@@marcsugi I'm sure it's worth it.
He explained exactly everyone lived that time how they lived that time and how they felt when they heard about Maradonas death.
What a great man....He lived! He still lives!!!
"They were to watch Diego walk the technical area.."
Veron is fantastic! I would always cheer him!
You can't beat nostalgia
so true what u said about world cup semifinal between argentina italia. I am from a ischia, near napoli, was a kid 14 years and remember some friends wearing the argentine shirt troughall the competition
I love listening to Gab, he is one of the greatest story teller.
when i was a 3 years old my father have argentinian jersey Maradona... and his Poster in our room. and then i love football and argentina
That’s jus the influence of a legends
What a great tribute!
Perhaps the goals Vs England in the world cup in 86' best showcased the contrasting sides to Maradona's personality and unquestionable genius.
I love Ali, what great personal story’s
What an analyser this guy from Venzuela!
Veron had a bad dispute with Maradona later and was unthankful.
Awesome analysis!!
So sad 😞 😥
Great 👍 story tribute
In case you missed it Moreno got the Maradona card.
HOW does this Moreno guy comment on Argentina and Maradona not even MENTION the Falkland Islands and the 1986 WC?
People had very deep issues with Veron after the 2002 world cup and wasnt drafted on the 2006 world cup
Greatest player of all time by a country mile.
Veron was blamed for the debacle of Argentina in the 2002 World Cup that is why he was booed...
"Its difficult to put into words"...
And then he talks non-stop for half an hour!
you proved his point
maradona is nombre one spportives ivaar 😓❤️⚽
Maradona reminds me of a famous India movie dialogue from movie Deewar..
Northern Italy: We have fame, money, business, greatness... What do you (Naples) have
Naples: I have Ma.. (Mother)
Northern Italy:??
Naples: Maradona
Sir Juan Sebastian Veron
D10S ETERNAMENTE!!!!
I love his Spanish accent
It’s Venezuelan but yeah
Spanish is nothing Compared to French haha
@@thekidFL6 so the language is Venezuelan?....
@@reset_1996 just dumb
@@reset_1996 no, it’s a Venezuelan accent. Different from Spanish
Nice touch with the suit. 👍🏼
Netflix has a limited 6 episode show of Maradona coaching a club in Mexico. It's called Maradona in Sinaloa. It was not bad and it was a little over a year old.
Fantastic story
Veron was a class player
5:44 Maradona Veron story
So.... what documentary was he referring to??! Can anyone tell me or mention the link or heading for me to look for? Please?!!
Diego Maradona by Asif Kapadia. 2019 one, I guess. Won Bafta etc
But could he have done it on a rainy night in Stoke?
He'd of done it anywhere pal. Saw him live 4 times ABSOLUTELY spell bounding talent. Only player who comes close to him for god given talent was george best. 2 greatest players I've ever seen.
Even when that time comes, Messi would not get this type of reception in Argentina
After the win against the Italians
The Italian fans stayed and alluded him....at least some of them
Law of Atraction at works: 0:26 it stated with a emotional connection and ended up on a field together.
Every kid growing up in the 80s that played soccer in the school yard when they scored they were Maradona
the one and only
He was unbelievable simple...pele zidane best and messi! They come close but he edges it! The best ever has just passed away! Gutted!
You can clearly see the admiration that Ale has for Maradona. Never liked him much as a pundit, but respect just for this.
Reference to Maradona - celeste sakko and white shirt?
I know i know its not the time but the guy really said soccer
Spot on Ale
