Twist plot, the Walking Dead world is actually an alternate dimension of Invincible, in that the Coalition of Planets chose spread the Scourge virus in Earth, out of fear that the Viltrumites could uses the humans to replenish their species.
But the Scourge virus had an unexpected side effect; it turned the humans in walkers, setting in motion the events of Walking Dead.
That could work since I’m Twd the origins of the virus are extraterrestrial
In that universe, Invincible/Mark dies after getting his head split open by a barbed baseball bat

which is ironic considering you can find carl reading an invincible book around season 5-7. not sure as im currently rewatching the series.
Fun Fact: Angstrom's tailor is also voiced by Ross Marquand who plays Aaron in The Walking Dead.
Another fun fact is that half of Invincible cast including Steven Yuen are comprised of TWD cast.
Also another fun fact: Darkwing was voiced by Lennie James, who played Morgan in TWD. Plus, War Women was voiced by Loran Cohan who played Maggie

Raises the question tbh if a person from TWD travels to an alternate universe would the WildFire Virus go along with them since it’s dormant in every living person in TWD given how long they’ve been exposed? Cause that has horrible implications if that’s how it works.
Yes, the virus would travel with it to another universe. And if he dies he would rise again like a walker. But as explained in the series, even if it bites or eats someone, it cannot infect people. Since in the TWD universe, everyone is already infected, and the bites only accelerate the process, not spread the virus. That is to say, the "traveling" zombie would not infect anyone, unless the government captures it, experiments on it and releases the virus in the Invincible universe.
@@srchachebeen a long was time since I read TWD comics, but does that mean whenever characters chop of limbs they've been bitten they've unknowingly been doing so in vain (can't remember any who do or not, just assume there are)?

but you have to cauterize or desinfect the chopped part.
