I've been planning to buy this product and looking for an independent RUclips review for this product for months!!! But I'd just like to share something I know and understand about hair theory...... For any method to actually work for either hair growth or hair reduction/ removal, it is a must for the product to reach the base or the bulb of your hair that is located below the top layer of your skin for example applying oil on your hair does not promote hair growth but applying oil on your scalp does as the oil is absorbed in the scalp to the roots of the hair. When you apply packs on the surface of your skin without taking out the hair from your desired area, there is no way or space for the ingredients to absorb into the skin and reach the actual base of the hair which is why the method is most likely to not work (the hair pores of your facial skin are much smaller than the pores of your scalp). On the contrary when your remove your facial hair from the surface of the skin, the product has space to reach to the hair base and works to give you the desired result. Taking your hair out from the root ( waxing, epilating) works better as the hair pore is fully empty and more of the product can reach down easily where as removing it from the surface (shaving) will still work but comparitively slow as the follicle is not fully empty.
I am not an influencer or a RUclipsr, the only purpose to share this was because I have excessive hair growth and have researched the topic for years now.
The hade does not mention removing facial hair before applying the pack as a must is because no organisation takes responsibility for any procedure an individual undergoes as it results in them being liable to that individual. In simple words you did not shave or remove facial hair because you did not want to take a chance, similarly they did not specify the fact that you need to remove your facial hair for the face pack to work because they did not want to take responsibility for any risks, as every individual has different skin sensitivity and any product cannot carter to a 100% audience.

It will make your hair thin and light in colour..but this is not a permanent solution
