Do you know where my low air/brake switch would be located on w900(05). Getting low air buzzer @110 psi plus brake light won’t turn off and it’s leaking from air valves. Any feedback would be great. Thanks
That is a hard one. It should be inside the dashboard but main distribution air manifold. It should by the center of the dashboard. No completely sure.
Francisco, first I have to say your channel is pretty awesome! Stumbled on to it yesterday, subscribed today! You are the kind of content creator that makes RUclips great, both as educational resource, and entertainment. Now, a question: altitude and tire pressures. Assuming decent undamaged skins, do you need to adjust tire pressures for changes of elevation? Say a truck starts in coastal Texas, heads into the Rockies or high desert, then wanders back into lowlands again, when, if ever, does the driver need to be concerned about either over or under inflation? Is it less of an issue at the high pressures truck tires run compared to cars?
The temperature of the tire is more important, specially the ambient temperature. If the temp in Texas is 100°f and go to Colorado and the temp is 32°f, the pressure will change in a lot. You have the chance the pressure under different weather temperatures mostly. A good tire pressure should be 100 - 110 psi vehicle stopped for more than 5 hours at ambient temperature 110 - 125 psi vehicle just stopped at ambient temperature Now, baro pressure is going to affect the engine more than the tires.
@@franciscoamayaYT thanks for the explanation! As I wrote the question it dawned on me the altitude change accounts for maybe 1 psi anywhere I can survive, lol. A 1% change in pressure relative to the cold inflation pressure isn't a huge variation. The temperature, as you pointed out, is the 300 lb gorilla in the room. Mil gracias Francisco!
Hello Francisco, I have super singles on drive axles. I start noticing that my rear drive axle tires having scratch like marks on the tread. Something like long stripe mark i n the tread throughout the circumference. I have taken a video of it and would like to share it with you.
The owner operetor that say they dont have time to check it , they are just too lazy my friend i do it every other day with the air measure and every day kick the tires with a hammer , really save you money and planning and down time for sure , I didnt know you can get that kind of wear in only one tire for been low un air , good to know my friend thank you
Thanks got the same problem
Will this cause vibration ?

I have the same issue, but I maintain my tires at pressure of 100psi.
Change suspension
Hello Francisco I have a question, is it ok to drive my Cascadia with diff axle switch always on? Will I lose power or damage the axle? Thx
You will damage or destroy the axle if you do that. No more that 25 mph is recommended only.
I’m noticing wear on just the INSIDE of the tire and they’re brand new tires. Old tires had same problem. What can that be?
Check wheel bearings
You ever find out what it was? Having the same issue, replaced bushings, shocks, and the dogbones and had alignment. Still having the same issue.
I have a question. Do you happen to know roughly how much do a detroit series 60 engine overhaul costs?
Yes,vtires are very espensi

The same people that don't have time always have the time to muck about that's for sure.
