The Workout:
A: Tricep Rope Ext - 3 sets, 10 wide + 10 close grip (dropset final set)
B: Flat DB Skull Crusher - 4 sets, 10 rotating + 5 neutral grip
C: Single Arm Cable Ext - 3 sets, 10 reps (dropset final set)
D: Standing Alt DB Curls - 4 sets, 10 both + 5 single arm (final set dropset)
E: Cable Bicep Curl - 4 sets, 10 wide + 10 close grip (dropset final set)
Its good that Mike acknowledges when Andrei said "keep your elbows out" when he was doing triceps and mike replied with "In this position?", even though mike is a great trainer and has great knowledge, you can still learn stuff from others, no one is a complete trainer, there's always techniques that you can learn from others.
Tesco Edits it's great to train with others, as everyone trains differently! But mikes taking that advice Andrei gave him that's why big mikey is one of the best!

It depends.. sometimes it can motivate the hell outta me but then could just as easily discourage me as I know that no matter how hard I train I could never achieve that level without taking performance enhancements.
I just think that Mike's videos are just on another level than anybody's else in the fitness industry, the man just knows his stuff and is willing to tell us so much about what he learnt, Thank you Mike and keep the great videos comming in the future, really admire you mate! 🙏

Back in the day we called training "working out". So every time went to the Gym we went to WORK. That was our mindset. Being tired and feeling pain was integral with working.

Alot of people making comments on whether mikes natural or not.. I think regardless of whether he’s using he’s still encouraging people to take part in an active lifestyle and proper nutrition. In my opinion that’s a good thing right? I owe a lot to this man.. he’s the reason I began training and made good progress over the passed year.. we should appreciate the message rather than his personal lifestyle..

If there was ever an argument for Mike being a juice head it's right here. Standing next to another juice head and looking as good if not better. No but he's not on heavy roids like tren and anadrol etc I think, more like moderate testosterone dosage and some proviron and anavar, maybe little hgh too
