Dodgers are going to have to pay all of Taylor's contract. I was surprised they gave it to him when they did. Taylor and Austin Barnes have the best damn agents. 2026 Dodgers have a club option for 12 mil....which they are not going to pick up.
He's owed too much money. No one will take him in a trade, you aren't cutting him with that much to pay him. He's a valuable bench piece that can play outfield and infield just fine.

The Dodgers have enough pop and contact in their lineup where they can afford to deal Lux. Good player, just not really needed on their roster at the moment.
