Nancy sounds like a cartoon character. Not in a bad way, but it just doesn’t sound like a “natural” voice so it’s hard for me to say if she sounds “truly” American. Her accent is American, but her voice sounds like a narrator on a kids’ show, not a random adult woman.
MintSodaPop I agree. It really doesn’t seem natural. But to be fair, Nancy literally started her TV career as a child in a kid’s program teaching English 😆 She spoke in a similar way- cartooney and enunciating every word. She might have brought up some of that hosting style later on lol which of course no longer suits an older audience.
She sounds like she talks with a sweet loving american dad in her house in a sweet and loving tone. I find it beautiful. Yes it can be a bit childish but I find myself reverting to speaking like that with my mom from time to time (and I'm a guy) I can only imagine being a girl that speaks in another language all day and only switches back to english at home while talking to dad, and I imagined this happening a lot back when she was growing up. I would speak like this too.
Nancy's English would be suited more for informative speeches 😂 but I don't think I could listen to it all day. Daisy's English is more natural and a bit more calm.
farah하늘 well i agree w/ you, the way Nancy talks is like Korean who are fluent in English speaking English (they have cuter accent and slow, steady words) while Daisy is like really confident and her way of speaking is “totally American style”
HUMAIRA Akter Well no one knows exactly why but she was put on a hiatus and the company never released a statement regarding whether or not she was coming back. Then in January, she did an interview where she “exposed” the company. Now she’s being sued by Momoland’s company.
Daisy overall speaks with a more relaxed and generally "second nature" flow. If they weren't reading off a teleprompter or script, Daisy's communication in English and the flow of her sentences/responses would be and sound very "Canadian/American". As a relatively young-ish (26) American man-dude 😬, the way we speak to and with each other isn't as "refined" or punctuated precisely as Nancy speaks. Nancy speaks very clearly and has a pronunciation and diction that is admittedly beautiful to hear, but a tad bit unnaturally "American/Canadian" sounding, at least when compared to Daisy. Better put, I can tell Daisy would be easier for me to personally communicate and talk with because the way she speaks English and the flow and sound of her voice and sentences match more with my own. 😶 But hey, Nancy makes me feel like I need to stop slurring my words and taking "American" short-cuts when communicating with non-native speakers lol. 😉

Hey Jinger, I'm a Korean american who's lived in both the US and Korea. I just wanted to say even though there's no need for me to learn English, I really enjoyed your video! It was really entertaining and i thought it was great that you sprinkled in some lessons with the phrases you pulled from the clip you're referencing. Keep up the great work :) I think you could help a lot of people who want to better their English skills!
they sound kind of robot-like probably because they were reading off a script. if you watch some of their american interviews they actually sound a lot more real and chill
Nancy is fluent in English since her dad is American and you can really understand the way she speak but, since daisy studied English outside of the country her grammar is better but when she speak, you will know her nationality
I’ve lived in the US nearly 4 decades and yes there are some who speak really fast but the majority of the “Americans “ do not talk that fast. If anything, I have noticed many times it’s the Koreans who have the tendency to do so. As for Daisy, lucky that her pronunciations are clear enough to understand each word. Otherwise, she would have sounded really sloppy. This type of behavior is more prevalent among the immigrants and especially the young one once they start speaking in English their rate of speaking increases thinking that they would sound just like the natives. Sadly, the natives go “huh? Could you repeat that?” If you want to sound like the natives do, then speak a little slower and audibly project each word out of your mouth confidently.
yeah i'm also american and both of them wouldn't sound native the way they're speaking in this vid but if they were to just speak english with natives for a few weeks I bet it'd be much improved. I think Ahin probably speaks the most normal.
Here's the English comment you're looking for 😂 Ah In's english & accent is the best out of DNA though. Daisy has the best vocabulary and Nancy has the cutest voice. Overall, I love them all, DNA is ❤.
What do you mean by "best" English & accent? They all speak at native level, just with different style. It's kind of like saying that Aussie has "better" accent than American.
@@bennjenn929 style and intonation, Ahin is the easiest to understand, and the one I'd love to have a conversation the most. Daisy tends to speak fast while Nancy struggle from time to time.
If a person reading a script they tend sometimes to speak fast but if natural conversations i understand daisy and ahin. Ahin learn from school and daisy she grow up with it, a typical canadian. Diff style or accent. For nancy because of her voice and she only talk english at home.
@@typicalll0479 i watched their fb live a lot and Daisy still tends to speak fast, it's her nature and pretty much also the reason why she suit being a rapper. And honestly, Daisy seems tomboyish when she talks while Ahin is very ladylike hahaha just my preference I guess 😂.
Nancy sounds like... a Japanese girl who moved to the states when she was like 10. It means she has a bit of accent and plus that voice.....is so...rare to be found around here.
Daisy's English is pretty much flawless, whereas Nancy is just a bit awkward. Honestly though, just from these two examples, it could easily be a difference in the teleprompter, or pre-written lines, and not in their actual language skill.

Thanks!
they sound kind of robot-like probably because they were reading off a script. if you watch some of their american interviews they actually sound a lot more real and chill
아 데이지 영어 진짜 취저ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ되게 똑부러지는 말투에 따다다다다닥 하는거 넘 좋음ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ낸시는 약간 디즈니 애니메이션 특유의 발랄함 느껴져서 귀요움
The way Daisy’s ears stick out she must have really good hearing. Plus it’s so cute!😘💕😘
Nancy is fluent in English since her dad is American and you can really understand the way she speak but, since daisy studied English outside of the country her grammar is better but when she speak, you will know her nationality
atually for me daisy sound clear than nancy i can clearly understand what she saod
배려영어라는표현..긋~!! 진저님 스타일링도 넘골져스♡
NZ english speakers talk very fast compared to American english, speed wise Daisy is similar to us 👍
@@archboyd I agree
연예인 영어하는거 보러 가끔오는데 이번영상 특히재밌네요ㅋㅋ 따발총..데이지 어렸을때 캐나다가서 아직도 저렇게하다니 대단하네요 낸시도 너무귀여워요ㅋㅋ일본어 같은 영어라니..
Both of their voices are nice to hear. Nancy's used to cute voices, like a Disney princess haha. Gonna look for their old Arirang ep lol 😄
어쩌다가 동영상이 떠서 봤는데 요즘 고민이 많아서 정신적으로 힘들었는데 뭔가 힐링되는거 가타요 구독하구 갈게욥 ! !
구독 감사합니다!
Here's the English comment you're looking for 😂
Ah In's english & accent is the best out of DNA though. Daisy has the best vocabulary and Nancy has the cutest voice. Overall, I love them all, DNA is ❤.
Nico they have a script
I miss Daisy so muchhhhh
진저 영어님!! 제가 진짜 영어 어려워하고 힘들어해서 영어 관심 완전 없었는데 진저영어님 덕분에 영어에 관심이 생겼어요!!ㅎㅎ 🌝 항상 잘 보고 있어요!! 저의 랜선 영어쌤이에요!!💖
히히 영광입니다~
I really like your way of teaching. Thumbs up!!
Thanks!
Daisy's english are more fluent
Nancy’s voice sounds like she can dub for disney characters
Oh, yeah. Lol
DAY6의 Jae와 YoungK도 해주세요ㅠㅠ
제이는 아르헨티나에서 태어나서 20살까지 미국에서 살았었고, 영케이는 캐나다 유학 갔었어요! 참고로 Jae는 아리랑TV에서 하는 ASC 엠씨도 했었어요!
갓진저!! 오늘도 잘 보고갑니다!!👍👍👍👍👍
Nancy sounds like an anime dub
Lol
데이지 영어는 섹시한 말투고 낸시는 귀여운 말투인것 같다
낸시 무슨 디즈니 공주님,,,
낸시 BAAM에서 시크한 표정보고 반해서 왔는데 목소리 생각보다 되게 톤 높다... 되게 시크하고 도도한? 낮은 톤일 줄 알았는데 반전이당 ㅋㅋㅋ
Nancy sounds like... a Japanese girl who moved to the states when she was like 10. It means she has a bit of accent and plus that voice.....is so...rare to be found around here.
데이지는 발음부터 어휘 선택까지 전형적인 인터뷰식 영어같고 낸시는 생활 영어. 네이티브에 좀 더 가까운 건 데이지 낸시는 그냥 딱 정석. 확실히 스타일이 다르긴 함..누구한테 배울래?라고 물으면 낸시...누가 더 잘 하는 것 같애?라고 묻는다면 근소하게나마 데이지?
i love daisy english accent than nancy
Same
book smart
street smart
첨알았어요!!🤗오늘도 잘보고 갑니다 감사해요!
Daisy....sound native....Nancy...still has the accent on it...its nice they speak english well...
Momolands English line DNA
Are all so fluentttt in englishhh
Nancy is good at English but what make her less better than daisy is her trying to sound cute
1:19 이부분에 애니메이션 같은 짤 어떤 영화예요??!!!!!!
엘레나 공주인듯 해요!
삐안코 맞는 것 같아요 감사합니다!!!!!!!
Daisy's English is pretty much flawless, whereas Nancy is just a bit awkward. Honestly though, just from these two examples, it could easily be a difference in the teleprompter, or pre-written lines, and not in their actual language skill.
Nancy just has the cutest voice!
저거 무슨 방송 찍는거유? 둘이

Wow. Daisy's english sounds so pleasing to my ears HAHAHAHA
긍정에너지 뿜뿜입니다^^진저님은 영어 외에 다른 언어 공부하시는 것도 있으신가요??
영어만 할 수 있어요. ^_^;;;
7+3=410
(7-3)= 4; (7+3)=10 hence, 410
흠 이거구나. 좋은것 알았음.
