Buttermilk- 1 liter ( Curd _2 cups)
Gram flour- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Red chilly powder-1 & 1
Rai- 1 tsp
Curry Patta- 10-12
Asafoetida-1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Onion-2 medium
Green chilly-2 medium
garlic -7-8 & 5 cloves
Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
Tomato - 1 medium
Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
Methi dana-1 tsp

Gram flour-1.5 cup
Salt-toat
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1 /2 tsp
Carom seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin-1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Oil-for deep frying
Oil-1 tbsp for batter
