I still think it’s worth doing, I’ve had the engine out of the car for a few months now so I haven’t even started it recently, but I really like the electric pump and consider it an upgrade to the mechanical pump.
Yeah I know, pretty much 2/3rds of an RB26 haha! Ohh I’ve always wanted to upgrade to 1mm oversized stainless steel valves, if I was to do major head upgrades!
Haha definitely, especially with the 1.06 exhaust housing, but I was only trying it out as it’s the first turbo I ever had balanced after I rebuilt it! And luckily it works, the videos of my teardown and rebuilding of that turbo are on my channel too, from a few years ago!

This is a rare build because I've never seen tuners modify a CA18 engine this is really rare

Haha true, and some RB’s, they all sound pretty good too! Even some Barra’s getting around in drift cars now too!
@@ScubaMade Ca18 are just 4 cylinder version of the RB I kinda want to redesign the Head and turn into a 5 or 6 valve
