T&J Online Tutorial - Advanced Headmovement - Bonus Highjack

This was one of the classes Tiago and me are teaching this week in our advanced intensive 🥰
The topic of our intensive is to play around with different directions for the whole dance couple to move around the room as well as different directions for the head to go in head movement and in which moments to change those directions and how 🤓
With the correct techniques of frame, body leading, grounding, suspension and premovement you can do the same movement in infinite different ways and that is how we came up with this variation of the movement 🥳
Actually the idea for this movement came from our student Justus! Props to this creative dancer!
👉 Followers: whenever I see a movement that I want to learn I analyze these three main points:
1️⃣ In which direction does my whole body move in reference to the leader and to the space. Am I moving in line? On the spot? Circular around the leader? In this variation here I am doing a traveling spin in line whereas the leader goes in and out of the line.
2️⃣ Which kinds of headmovements are part of this movement? In this variation you can see here we start with a rotisserie turn, then we do half a circular head to arrive in the position for the tilted turn and another half circular head to go back to the rotisserie turn
3️⃣ In which moments to I change the headmovement and do I stay always in the same momentum or are there any breaks and changes of direction for the head?
With this three questions you will be able to analyze most advanced head movement variations 🙌
