These are great! I'm currently PT-ing an ankle injury (from too much training on a sticky dance floor :( ) and these are VERY similar to the balance drills my PT has me working on for my "bad" ankle. They've made a big difference.

Such a great video! I've been dancing zouk for years, but only gotten into "seriously" practicing (drilling technique with a partner and solo) in the last year or so. Keeping my balance while doing basic spins has been my nemesis, so I love that you've given me a bunch of ideas on playing with ankle/leg placement while working on some solo drills. Definitely plan on binging some of your other technique videos soon as I have time :)

Wirklich eine wunderbare Darstellung, so natürlich, harmonisch und dennoch sieht man natürlich das hhohe Niveau :-). Mir hat der letzte Kongress trotz echtem Zouk-Anfänger (nicht ganz tanzunerfahren) auch richtig Spaß gemacht und Lust auf mehr gemacht.
