    Thanks for Watching! 😁
    > Do you prefer a longer video in more parts that shows more of the running around in-between us finding endings?
    > Or do you like this more cut up, more condensed approach?
    Would love to hear your opinions!

    • @Skranatic77
      @Skranatic77 2 месяца назад +15

      I'll chime in with an opinion, since I don't see anyone else doing so. I prefer longer videos, as they keep me company while I do tasks. It also gives time to get to know you and your vibe. That being said, if nothing interesting is happening, you should probably cut around it or find an interesting sped up footage gimmick. So, something closer to the first part, with a bit of discretion I assume this one has.
      I'm gunna shut up and watch now. Really liked the first part btw.

      I like the longer ones better, I like what skran is saying about cutting up or making a montage of the boring parts but I love it when I see a creator post a video longer than 30 minutes

      Honestly, I like my videos around 30-45 minutes. Once it hits 1 hour or more, it becomes a bit much to sit down and watch casually/whenever.

    • @Leonagraphy

      I enjoy both honestly, but the pure experience of the longer videos is pretty great

      I like longer personally. Also, I can't remember. Did you ever find the blue coin or whatever to throw in the well to cause a plants watering rain? I think on the ground in the corn field?
      I could be wrong. Hard to pay attention when I listen to vids while doing stuff.

      @@lototheflo9640 close but its snert. But the name is fair. Though its absolutely deliscious after being outside in the cold/snow all day. It is also used to warm up ice skaters participating in the eleven city tour. It helps because people can get frostbite and pneumonia from participating.

    Glad to see the rest of the game! Glad my suspicions of the idols being evil were correct. I mean.... Lit candles, church basement, strange statues and idols? Definitely a little suspicious.

    Nice to see the rest of this game! Genuinely had a lot going on I didn't expect, but was very neat with the way everything branched off and came together in the end. Also answering your pinned comment, I quite like longer videos like this and part 1. I have ADHD as well so can't sit and fully watch things, but do enjoy having them in the background to keep me company or use to fall asleep to.

      Glad you enjoyed! and thanks for the feedback! This video was compiled from 4.5 hours of footage.. I was heavily debating breaking it up into two videos (3 parts in total) but decided to go this route with really condensing it down. I was worried this version would of been too jarring with all the cutting around. Glad it was perceived well though!

    Not gonna lie, at the beginning I had my doubts about a gardening game, but I'm glad I decided to watch. It was just so fun, I love all he little misteries and puzzles. And I laughed so hard when you got the picnic ending.
    Keep going, you're doing an amazing job. Editing must have take a long time, but I think you did awesome for it not to feel repetitive.

    Well, since you found all the endings...
    The idea i bg had for raiding the station instead of buying the lighter wasn't quite the solution to save 5 coins buyung the lighter...but it DOES save you two coins because the office key will be there if you break in without buying the office key.

    • @ImQrow
      @ImQrow  2 месяца назад +2

      Oh well that’s still big! Every route I did I always had the office key and went to the gas station before it closed. It would be really cool to see how things like that are implemented in speed runs though, I bet there’s all kinds of cool sequencing tricks for runners.

    • @fractalgem
      @fractalgem 2 месяца назад +1

      There IS a way to save money on fetting the lighter, which is pretty handy if you want to go for a "perfect" run where you do everything like giving the snail a gold medal. Theres also a way to get a bone without desecrating corpses.

    • @fractalgem
      @fractalgem 2 месяца назад +1

      And yeah, im sure speedrunners will take note...as well as those looking for. a"perfect run" where you even give the snail a medal. A broken door is a small price for helping the snail :p

    Thank you for your commitment in (almost) 100%ing the game! o7 Although it def doesn't sound like an arduous chore, with this game, since you seemed to really enjoy it, but 6 and a half hours is a lot!
    Speaking of, I do tend to prefer longer videos (I don't usually watch videos under 20 minutes unless I know I like the content of the person who made them) but over 6 hours with repeating elements like this game is a bit excessive. I think you should keep using your best judgment where that is concerned, but my opinion is that I prefer longer videos but when there is a reason for them to be longer 😅
    Thank you for doing the work and sharing with us and I look forward to whatever you do in the future! 😊

    • @ImQrow
      @ImQrow  Месяц назад +1

      Thanks for the feedback! Yeah this is the first time I’ve had to do so much condensing in editing, 4.5 hours of raw footage for this video.. I was really concerned the way I chopped it all together would feel too abrasive, like we were skipping too much info.. but it seems to be well received.
      So as you said, I guess I’ll continue using my best judgement 😅. Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts ☺️

      @ImQrow The editing turned out great - I know from experience I agonize over cutting something then when I watch the video back later I don't even miss what I cut (though a game playthrough is different from the Animal Crossing content I do lol). I'm literally the furthest thing from an expert but from my experience as a *viewer* I think you have very good instincts for how to edit your videos! (And if you don't mind me asking, purely out of curiosity, what editing program do you use? I'm still trying to figure out which one I should give a try now that I have a computer that doesn't have an almost full memory) Great video with great gameplay and keep 'em coming!

      Thank you! 😊. I use Davinci Resolve, all programs were daunting at first but I settled on this one after watching a lot of tutorials and it seemed the most user friendly. (Plus loads of access in the totally free version)
      Make no mistake though, the learning never stops no matter what program you use 😅. I’m still looking up tutorials all the time on how to do stuff.

      @ImQrow Thanks so much for replying~ ❤️ I've definitely been leaning toward DaVinci but when I was getting my new computer set up I wimped out and DLed Premiere Rush because I was familiar with it lol. I'm very much not technologically inclined but with the plans and hopes I have for making videos in the future I'm sure I can get motivated to start using DaVinci! 🤞 And, yeah, I fully expect to watch a LOT of tutorial videos lol
      Thanks again!! 😊

      I haven’t really thought about it until you just mentioned it, but yeah we get the message that the stone protects us when we enter his barrier at the end. I might revisit that just to see.. interesting.

    I wonder why returning to the end game without the charm isn’t an ending. Do you die? Is it an alternative 11?

    • @ImQrow
      @ImQrow  Месяц назад +2

      I don’t think I actually tried.. we get the message “the charm protects you” when we enter the dome area.. I always just assumed that without the charm we wouldn’t be able to enter, therefore we wouldn’t be able to attack it and we would just get the normal “world explodes” ending.
