Triple Cooked Chips with Cheese Sauce | ASMR

Fried Chips might seem like a straightforward side dish but this version is cooked three times to ensure the crispest result.
To make this you'll need :
2 big potatoes
1.5 tbsp butter
8g flour
1 cup hot milk
salt n pepper
1/8tsp grated nutmeg
80g mix cheddar cheese
cayenne pepper
#frenchfries #potatochips
