If parking is done in the wrong place then there is a fine. 3) Some places there is illegal parking but there cars don't stop for long time. 4) Many places in this area is not congested so cars can park freely. 5) Lanes are not followed but traffic rules on a whole is followed. Driving becomes chaotic in times because of high density traffic. 6)Some areas have small road width not everywhere. The reason is people cannot be evicted easily to quire land for road building. 7) Only in some places wires are hanging not everywhere. Hence don't toll. I live here so I know.
