Hi Skip! So glad to have you practicing with me. I love to hear about the deep inner peace you are experiencing with yoga nidra. It is most definitely a different (and amazing) experience compared to other types of meditation, if I do say so myself ;)
Thank you Loren. Inner peace feels like an embrace, holding myself lovingly, and I feel it also in and around my belly, warmth and openness, being. The opposite feels like gripping, avoiding, moving away from feeling, doing, thinking, in my head. Wow what an experience ❤ hug Anne Marie

@@lorenrunion 🤣 no worries haha. I was curious about the community and joined te learn more. I am ok, doing a lot of things at the same time. That doesn't work for me 😉 So try to choose and slow down. Yoga nidra helps me to do this. Are you ok?
Great gift as always! I love the balance of the background sounds and voice. One thing I realize that the body temp naturally cools but then I got so cold I had to put on a layer around 18 min in, then it’s best to start from beginning (after I put a layer on I was too hot 🥵)
Yes, just like sleep the body temperature drops. You could try a lighter layer like a sheet. And then to keep it from disrupting your practice you could have the blanket down by your feet or your side so you just have to bring it up over the body and go back to stillness.
