That’s one clean oven.
Just beautiful biscuits😋😋❤️
In the UK cookies are about 3 inches in diameter, they are soft, about a quarter of an inch thick and usually have chocolate chips nuts or raisins in them. A biscuit for us is 2 inches in diameter thin and crunchy. Yes I think your biscuits are called scones in the UK, we split them in half and spread them with whipped cream and strawberry jam. We serve them at teatime traditionally around 4 o'clock with a cup of tea. Greetings from London, absolutely love your programme.
Butter and honey, the only way to properly eat a biscuit. Unless of course, it’s with a good sausage gravy.😋
I love watching you! Thank you for sharing!

Oh my goodness, I so love you two. I am more than happy to send Aunt Linda a card from England, it will be my absolute pleasure. Biscuits? all purpose flour?, self rising flour? we're a strange bunch aren't we? Here it's known as plain flour, self raising flour and what you know as biscuits, we call scones. Biscuits here = your cookies 😂😂 First time I heard mention of biscuits with gravy, I thought 🤢 ...your gravy we know as white sauce... gravy here is made from meat juices, stock and cornflour, so biscuits and gravy =cookies and meat sauce to me 😂😂 God Bless you and your family xx
That’s so funny. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing! These look so good!

Self rising White Lilly is the BEST flour to use for biscuits. I MAKE my granny's with lard, White Lilly flour and buttermilk in a cast iron skillet!! I remember watching her. :)

Thank you for this! Biscuits and gravy are one of my favourite parts of visiting the USA!
I’ve made these.
You can get a blending fork and blend it and dough comes out fluffy . You want to fluff up dough while you add cream.
That’s the way I learned on a video,
I normally make the all butter biscuits. But when I saw the two ingredient biscuits I thought easy mans way. Lol
Love aunt Linda.
It looks very nice. In South Africa we call the biscuits you made scones and your scones is Vetkoek

Mrs Jennifer, you have such a calming voice!!!
Happy birthday Aunt Linda !!! 💐 🎉🎂 love from Ireland ☘️
Nice and easy lovely will make those for my grandchildren they will love those. More easy recipes please. x
In my grandmother's kitchen cabinet, was a tin can, both ends gone and you could tell it had been used for years. That was her biscuit cutter and it cut fabulous biscuits😊
Looks delicious 😋 😍, and so easy.
These are so good. I actually made some today!.
They did look delicious! Love Aunt Linda, she is so funny...and it only takes a couple minutes to make her smile til the next day.
They look so good! I will have to try the recipe!
They looks so flaky!!! Delicious!!!
My granny made biscuits like that. She always used self rising flour and butter milk . She also used a cast iron skillet . She would add a bit of crisco to heat up with the skillet so the bottom was very crunchy.
When i left home, started my own family , i knew how to make hiscuits but didnt buy 2 types of flour. Figured i could add levening. Time after time my biscuits failed to be that light pillowy texture. In my research trying to pun down why my biscuits didnt have that same..."something" , it turns out, self rising flour is milled out of softer wheat.
Who knew?
But it really does make a huge difference.
Love Aunt Linda! She just fills the world with love!
That is so good to know! Thank you.
