Prob be a little more efficient on your solar generator if you use the cig plug rather than going dc(battery) to ac(inverter) back to a dc fridge.

Your WiFi router is dedicated 5 ghz? Mine is selectable. If it does 5 it should do 2.4 as well. I’m not an expert or anything but I know my screen when connecting to WiFi has 2 options. I believe one is better for long range the other for short range.

The lower the frequency, the lower the amplitude. Low amplitude makes it easier for the wave to travel and penetrate through obstructions. Comes at the cost of strength though.

Yeah it wont let me select anything but the 5G, I even logged into it and checked to see if the name of the SSID for the 2.4GHZ was off or hidden then called tech support and they said they dont support 2.4 anymore, sucks but such is life
