Hi. When you added allowance in female pocketing, how machine run only the codes of those new lines and why it didn't start over? My way of running a CAM is to get .tap file from aspire software and then running that in CNC using USB.
Hi John- let us know where you are hearing two audio files playing at the same time. We'll review and be sure to take that into consideration on future demo videos. Thanks for checking out the ShopBot videos!
@@thekylenovak ahh yes, I hear it now. Thanks for pinpointing that for us. Good catch! We hope that couple of seconds of audio overlap didn't ruin the whole video for you. If you have any questions about our tools, call or email any time and we'll be sure to help any way we can.
Ola. Estou tendo um problema estranho. Definindo o tamanho X, Y em mm. Esta executando na CNC muito pequeno. numa proporção estranha. para ter cerca de 100mm² preciso fazer com 2000mm², por exemplo. Uso Aspire Vetric. Pode me ajudar... Fico grato
The ShopBot will automatically slow down in corners--but can be made to go even slower by adjusting the ramping settings in the "values" menu under "ramp values"--adjust the "slow corner speed", the number there is the percentage of full speed the tool will use when rounding a corner.

If you use a V bit and flip the male and cut it from the back, it will fall right in.
Do you have a detail of your hold down system - looks like wedges of sorts? Thanks, great video!
Do you still have your shopbot
That is Vectric Vcarve - how does the pro version compare to the desktop one?
If you use a smaller tool...say 3/16"...you can get smaller radii in the corners.

Nice job. How do you get the axis movement to slow down reaching corners?
Thanks for the answer..or lack of it 9month later...guess you don't even know...
