The distinction that matters is, yes anyone can go to the chaple (the regular church building) and fall short of following the rules like any church, but whats pissing most people of is, these girls and some other new age mormons are keeping their temple status while not following the rules and being casual about the requirements, meanwhile other people and sacrifice so much and follow the rules to keep their ability to go to the temple. These girls have temple recommends which is supposed to only be a status for devout followers. It takes a lot to be excommunicated, and usually involves the person denouncing the religion and not believing the theology. im not surprised the chuch wants as many members as possible to get that tithing money so theyre going to keep these rich social media influencers 😂
