To be exact, Burgundy had a different player in session 1 of the campaign and Crono came in as a replacement! His first act was the Burgundian Revolution, and the first time we got to really hear him laugh was part 12.
Well, we're finally at the end of the Bavaria series, almost two years after it originally happened. It was a great campaign to play in and an even better one to rewatch. So thank you to Spudgun for putting together this absolutely massive series that was over 40 hours of in game time. Although I must say that I was a bit disappointed that the great war that ended this campaign didn't even get a mention, considering it was a much more organized war that got all the nations in the game involved that played and ended like a HOI4 style axis vs allies.
This is a larp and storytelling channel I guess it didn't really fit idk, wonder if someone who has a more meme-style could do something about it though...
Honestly what a fun series this has been. Excellent editing, Excellent music, Excellent Maps. And all around Excellent people playing the different countries. Seeing as none of the players in this series had a massive ego that made them unlikable or cringe but everyone joked around and took jokes like adults, it is very wholesome. Great job with the series Spudgun. I watched the previous videos multiple times. And dare I say this is your best series to date. Even better than the American Bloodbath and the OG Scandinavian and Muscovy series.

Man, i dont even play vic 2 but every friday i was so happy to see another episode of this series. The narratives that naturally build through this campaign were so fun to watch, I'm gonna miss the craziness, the ADF, the burgundian Joker, the zebra countries that formed(england and Netherlands) and of course, the long lasting alliance between spud and lizard throughout the entire thing. Glad to see the Ghost of Vienna continue to exist. They remind me of the Greek Army in WW2 refusing to surrender to the Italian Army. Maybe something similar has occurred here in game.
When this series started i was undecided if chemidtry was the correct choice for my advanced classes. At some point when you formed getmany i was in the hospital with pneumonia and a video drop saved my morale, and right now I'm undergrad working in a biochem lab before finishing HS. I dont think i can cound in one hand the times i wanted to kms and i just kept going to get to see if you formed the Germany on the next episode. I luv you spun and your group of friends, you have a viewer for life in me
The "great war" ended end up not as not so "great". The biggest plot twist of the episode was retired general De Coppin reforming Arcadia into de Coppin Red States of Arcadia.

I think this has been your best campaign, Spud; none of them have had the same level of progression this one did, from a minor whose very existence hangs in the balance to the number 1 GP of a superpower that never gets formed in this mod.
Unironically - my life has changed so much during the runtime of this series. Friends made and lost, and perhaps love found. Getting to watch these videos every other week or so was a constant source of joy through the good and bad times. There were times when I was so anxious I couldn’t really get out of bed and watching this series let me take my mind off of things for an hour or so. Thank you Spudgun for an awesome series and I’m excited for what’s to come next ❤

First found ur channel with the open vicky proyect. After that like a week after you posted part 1. Got so addicted to these types of videos I watched all of the Russian, Polish, both Italian series and shorts like the arcadian death war while waiting for the next episode. Can't wait for the enxt campaign, keep this up man
to be honest, its ridiculous that this channel has under 100k subscribers. the effort and quality are that of a much bigger channel. amazing work, and amazing series.
This series really meant a lot to me, Spud, believe it or not. When the first episode dropped, I recently broke up with my emotionally abusive GF, and it was a tough break up to say the least. The humor, editing, storytelling, and gameplay of this series made my situation less unbearable and I always looked forward to another video. Now, I have a new girlfriend who is much more caring and loving than the former. I’m glad that Bavaria had a good ending, because in a way, I can relate. We both had a troubling start during the beginning of this series, but as we progressed we got stronger and overcame such challenges to be where we are right now.
Was in the middle of a game, but the Bavaria grand finale just dropped. Come to think of it, I would fail at encircling a navy just to watch this very video (if you know you know).
I lived long enough to saw it end, thanks for the series Spud, it was really good to see the evolution of the campaign and also myself included for it lasted a bit more than a year and it brought many of memorable moments. Looking forward to the next!

It’s been a wild wild ride. What a freaky year in my life. But everytime I saw that Bavaria upload notification I always clicked it immediately. This series was great to watch and help me anchor me during a very rough time in my life, as wack and strange as it sounds to think watching these guys play Vicky 2 was therapeutic in a way. I’m gonna miss these uploads, but I have a feeling the next series is gonna be just as good if not better. And I’ll be here for every single one! There was never a moment in my mind where I doubted that Spud was gonna fail to form Germany like the comments said. One of the greatest RUclips series I’ve had the pleasure of watching. Honestly my favorite series so far, I really didn't know at first whether you'd make it very far, but having it end in the power fantasy of #1 GP Germany is wild It seems like Asia would have more potential if there were more events and overlapping interests, just feels like it was neglected in content and that's why it becomes the hugbox corner of the map
a masterful series this was, what an amazing form of storytelling, weaving all the storylines into a cohesive narrative of an alternate vic2 world. Really pumped for what comes next, whenever that might be.
