Hey, I've got a seiko automatic, I haven't used it in ages, and I can't move the crown at all, can you help me? It doesn't pull/twist or anything

Someone would have to service it. Given it’s a Seiko, almost any watch maker can work on it. However, it might be less expensive to just buy a new watch
